Our goal is to make organization easier for you, from preoperative tests to your follow-up appointment, so that you arrive at the hospital with complete peace of mind and preparation.

FAQ

You must undergo a Preoperative Blood Test at the Hospital Quirónsalud Palmaplanas laboratory (floor -1) and an Electrocardiogram (ECG) in cardiology (floor -1). Both are performed without an appointment and must be completed one month before the surgery.

You must request an appointment with Anesthesiology at the Gynecology reception, the Anesthesia consultation area, or through your patient portal. Remember to bring the requested tests for validation.
You must fast for 6 to 8 hours. You must be at Main Admissions (main entrance) 1 or 2 hours before the scheduled procedure.
The hospital will handle the authorization for the procedure.
You should request an appointment with Dr. Baltà in approximately 30 days to review your progress and results, unless otherwise stated in your discharge report.
