What is the vNOTES technique?
Vaginal surgery is a minimally invasive approach in which the procedure is carried out entirely via the vaginal route, avoiding any visible external incisions. The vNOTES technique (transvaginal endoscopic surgery) represents an advanced development of this approach, enabling laparoscopic procedures to be performed through the vaginal canal and combining the benefits of both vaginal and laparoscopic surgery.
